What does a professional presentation cost?
With an agency or a freelancer, a 15 to 20 slide pitch deck costs between €500 and €5,000 depending on the level of design. With Design Elite presentation design is included in your monthly subscription. Pitch decks, sales presentations and keynotes are all covered, with unlimited revisions.
Which formats do you deliver presentations in?
We deliver your presentations in PowerPoint (.pptx), Google Slides, Keynote or PDF, whichever you need. The files are fully editable so you can update the content yourself. We can also build reusable templates so your team can work independently.
Can you create reusable presentation templates?
Yes, and it is one of our most frequent requests. We build master templates with standard slides for cover, contents, text, data, quotes, section breaks and closing, which your team can reuse independently. Every template follows your brand guidelines and comes with usage notes.
How long does a pitch deck take?
A 15 to 20 slide pitch deck is delivered in 2 to 3 working days. For longer presentations, or ones with many infographics and data visualizations, expect 3 to 5 days. Revisions are handled within 24 hours so you hit your deadlines.
Do I provide the content, or do you write the copy too?
You provide the content, whether raw text, data or key messages, and we handle everything visual: layout, visual hierarchy, data visualization and graphic design. If your content is still rough, we can help structure the storytelling across your slides to maximize impact.
