The challenge: supporting ultra-responsive and high-frequency event marketing
Prime University is a company specialized in relationship marketing and online training, whose mission is to help everyone develop income through an entrepreneurial model based on recommendation.
Through its digital products and its network of active members, Prime offers a structured path of financial education, personal development and income creation. The company operates globally, with a growing community and regular events.
To maintain engagement and support the growth of its network, Prime University organizes every week numerous webinars, seminars and international conferences. These events are key to recruiting, training, and activating members. But before working with Design Elite, the Prime marketing team faced a major constraint: the difficulty of finding a design partner that was reliable, fast, and consistent.
Between freelancers who were not very available and agencies that were not very flexible, no provider was able to keep up with the very high pace graphic requests. The result: frequent delays, lack of visual consistency, and overload for the internal team. Prime needed a partner who could produce several visual supports per day, in a specific graphic universe, without ever blocking the organization of events.

Our intervention: a daily creative flow for a brand in constant movement
Since the launch of our collaboration with Prime University, we have integrated their operation as a real outsourced design service, capable of producing at the pace of their event calendar. Our main mission: to deliver 2 to 3 visuals per day, with short deadlines, graphic consistency, and a constant ability to adapt.
Every week, we create event flyers for their webinars, conferences and seminars, in different languages and for different geographical areas. These supports are used both for external promotion (social networks, advertising) and for internal communication (private groups, teams).
At the same time, we have developed visual presentations (decks) used during major events. These materials must combine rigor, educational clarity and visual inspiration, in order to reinforce Prime's premium positioning while respecting the codes of the relational marketing market.
The graphic universe is inspired by the visual references of modern MLM: a dynamic style, close to American gaming and tech aesthetics, with vibrant colors, assertive fonts and a strong aspirational dimension. Thanks to our mastery of this AD, we ensure smooth, fast production and perfectly aligned with the expectations of the brand.

Today, we produce between 2 and 3 visuals per day for Prime, whether it's event flyers, of seminar presentations, or of internal communication materials.
