The challenge: launch an MVP product quickly, without sacrificing visual credibility
Payflow is a new generation SaaS that considerably simplifies international payroll management.
As an EOR (Employer of Record), the platform allows businesses to easily pay employees in any country, without having to create a local structure.
An ideal solution for start-ups and scale-ups who are recruiting remotely or who want to internationalize quickly.
When they contacted us, the team was in the process of launching their MVP.
Their objective: quickly test multiple markets online and generate the first leads through acquisition campaigns. The product was still under construction, the business model was adjusting, and everything was going very quickly.
In this context, their budget priority went to Google Ads campaigns and marketing actions.
So they needed a design partner able to deliver quickly, well, and at optimized cost, without going through a traditional agency with long cycles or oversized deliverables.
The challenge was twofold: to design a site in the image of a reliable and professional fintech, while remaining flexible and fast in execution.
A credible, clear, and well-thought-out site was needed to convert — even with an artistic direction that was still maturing. It is in this spirit that they called upon Design Elite.

Our intervention: lay the visual foundations and generate the first leads
For Payflow, we built a complete artistic direction, with the aim of immediately conveying an image of seriousness, security and reliability — essential elements in a sector such as international payroll management.
Our team has designed a simple, refined graphic universe, in the codes of fintech, while providing a modern and accessible touch.
Once the identity was validated, we produced a multi-page website entirely designed for launch.
Each page — product, features, market, team, contact — has been designed to meet specific conversion and information goals.

The user paths have been worked on in a fluid manner, in order to guide visitors to make quick contact.
All models have been made on Figma, ready to be integrated immediately by their technical team.
At the same time, we carried out multiple iterations on content, visuals and information hierarchy, in order to find the right angle for each target market.
Design Elite's approach, based on responsiveness, continuous collaboration and the ability to test multiple options in parallel, allowed the Payflow team to move quickly, while maintaining control over the projected image.

Thanks to Design Elite, Payflow was able to go from idea to launch in less than 5 weeks, with a complete and multi-page site, a clear artistic direction, and mockups ready to be integrated by their developers.
This reactivity allowed the founder to test several angles of attack, to launch his first acquisition campaigns, and above all to collect leads from the very first days.
We worked in short cycles, with more than 6 iterations on the structure of the site, the wording, the visuals and the axes of communication.
Each version was tested, compared and adjusted based on feedback and market insights. This approach made it possible to very quickly validate what worked best for the various targets targeted by Payflow.
The graphic style chosen — inspired by fintech codes — reinforced the credibility of the product among its B2B targets. Simplicity, clarity, trust: all visual elements have been designed to reassure visitors and convey an image of expertise.
Today, our collaboration continues on the digital version of the brand, with the creation of visuals for social networks, of marketing content, and news product pages as the roadmap evolves. The customer particularly appreciates our ability to support them in their growth without cumbersome or delay.
