The challenge: a critical need for reliability in a context of acquisition under pressure
Papiers-Français is the Leader in France in naturalization procedures. This service supports foreigners living in France in obtaining their papers, by simplifying all the steps thanks to a turnkey legal offer. By relying on a network of specialized lawyers, the platform offers comprehensive support, at a fixed price, to build and submit solid cases. An unprecedented offer, which makes it possible to secure procedures that are often complex.
In a market as sensitive as that of administrative regularization, the Trust is a major issue. Visual positioning, graphic codes, and user experience play a key role in conversion. Before working with Design Elite, the Papiers-Français team juggled several freelancers to manage their design needs. The result: a fragile identity, heterogeneous media, and difficulties in quickly delivering successful creatives.
The customer needed a reliable and continuous team, capable of structuring its visual universe, of producing coherent media at high speed, and of strengthening the credibility of the brand. A reassuring, institutional, but accessible design was needed to inspire trust and convert quickly.

Our intervention: structuring the identity and continuous production of visuals
Our first mission was to review the visual identity of the brand, maintaining the fundamental elements: blue, white and red — colors that immediately evoke the French administrative universe and reinforce the institutional dimension of the service. We simplified and professionalized visual codes in order to create a clear, reassuring and structuring universe for prospects.
Based on this, we have produced creative ads for Google and Meta campaigns, designed to maximize trust and commitment: highlighting results, customer testimonials, key figures, clear messages. Each visual was available in several formats and tested in a loop in a logic of continuous optimization.
We have also designed Social media posts to maintain brand awareness, as well as several landing pages optimized for conversion. Each element has been designed to simplify the journey, reassure the user and encourage the user to take action.
In a few weeks, Papiers-Français was able to create a coherent graphic ecosystem, with supports capable of supporting the acquisition in a very competitive context. We have earned the trust of the customer by our ability to deliver quickly, well, and consistently.

The impact of our work with Papiers-Français is not only measured in the number of leads generated, but in the transformation of an entire market. Thanks to a clear brand image, well-executed campaigns and an optimized site, the client has taken an undisputed leadership position in its sector. Result: dozens of actors appeared to try to copy him, sometimes using the same graphic codes and messages.
