The challenge: redesign the customer experience to boost conversions and brand image
MaisonDutemps is a fast-growing French watch brand, specializing in the sale of watches with exceptional value for money. Driven by an elegant and accessible aesthetic, the brand seduces a large audience thanks to its trendy and e-commerce positioning.
After a successful launch, MaisonDutemps was looking to reach a new level: significantly improve its customer reception experience and optimize the performance of its digital campaigns.
Their main need: a complete overhaul of their welcome flow, with a more engaging, more coherent communication strategy, and visual materials capable of increasing conversion rates.
They also needed powerful visual content for their advertising campaigns and their site: pop-ups, iconography, social media visuals...
The objective: to install a more premium and more reassuring brand image to maximize purchasing action.
MaisonDuTemps gave us this mission for 6 months via our subscription formula, relying on our team to produce quickly, well, and with impact.

To meet their challenges, we have activated a series of visual levers:
- Redesign of the welcome flow with clear, elegant and engaging email visuals
- Creating custom pop-ups to boost opt-ins and encourage purchases
- Ad campaign design impacting on social networks
- Redesign of their iconography to reinforce their premium image
- Social media content creation adapted to their brand tone
The work process was structured and smooth. Maison-Dutemps sent us clear and detailed briefs, including formats, goals, and messages for each deliverable. En 48 to 72 hours, each creation was delivered, with the possibility of requesting unlimited revisions.
This pace allowed us to quickly iterate and align our creations with the expected performances.

In less than 5 weeks, the two most strategic flows of MaisonDutemps have quintupled their turnover, proof of the concrete impact of well-thought-out design execution.

This project highlighted the effectiveness of a model based onrapid iteration, consistent quality and a keen understanding of marketing issues.
