The challenge: to produce +200 visuals on an ultra-technical product, juggling between three time zones
La Berge is a DNVB specialized in high-end rugs and bath linen. Their flagship product integrates advanced textile technology: ultra-soft, anti-slip, waterproof, pleasant to the touch. Premium positioning in an everyday market - which implies visuals that live up to the promise, capable of transmitting texture, quality and sensation through a screen.

When La Berge contacted us in December 2024, it was the most crucial period of the year for any e-commerce brand: end-of-year promotions, traffic peaks, maximum conversion campaigns. There's no question of slowing down or waiting. They need an agency that is immediately operational, capable of absorbing a large volume without losing a single day.
The complexity of the project does not end there: the founder is based in Thailand, our client side contact is in Mexico, and Design Elite is in France. Three time zones. A real organizational constraint, managed from day one.

Our intervention: mastering texture, light and detail to give life to a physical product via AI
Our scope covered both creative ads for end-of-year and early-year promotions, and a large production of AI visuals for their Shopify site, Pinterest and their digital channels. La Berge had invested in shootings produced at several tens of thousands of euros - but needed much more visuals than what these shootings could cover.

The real challenge was technical: reproducing the sensory quality of the product through AI. The texture of the fabric, the reflections of light, the visible softness, the bathroom staging - every detail mattered so that the visual did not look like CGI, but like a real photo. We worked on all the environments and contexts of use, with a high level of care to ensure that the AI was invisible.
This project took place during a period of rapid transformation of AI tools - and this is a dimension that should be frankly named. The models are changing rapidly. What was the state of the art one month ago may be outdated the next. Working on a product as technical as premium textiles - where the slightest fiber deformation or the least incoherent reflection immediately betrays the artificial - forced us to constantly challenge our processes, test new tools, refine our methods of retouching and integration. This is a requirement that we assume: quality cannot be decreed, it is built iteration after iteration, tool after tool.

In all, over 200 visuals were produced over the duration of the collaboration - creative ads, AI product visuals, web content, and Pinterest. A volume that testifies to the pace maintained despite the coordination constraints and the technical nature of the product.

The collaboration lasted a few months. La Berge had a definite need in time - to absorb an intense volume of production over a key period of time, with an agency capable of starting immediately and delivering without delay. Once this goal was achieved, they decided to resume production in-house. This is exactly what our model exists for: intervening when necessary, without friction or long-term commitment.
The visuals produced during the collaboration were used - on the site, on Pinterest, in campaigns. The volume delivered allowed La Berge to cover their creative needs during one of the most intense periods of the e-commerce year.

This project illustrates our ability to operate in complex conditions: demanding technical product, multi-continent coordination, immediate ramp-up at the height of activity.
When the context is difficult, Design Elite adapts - and delivers.
