The challenge: to make raw data attractive for demanding internal teams
La Française des Jeux is one of the most famous companies in France. Present on the equestrian world, draw games, scratch games and sports betting, it has millions of players and internal teams dedicated to strategy, analysis and communication. These teams regularly produce market research, data summaries, and internal reports - valuable documents that are all too often visually unappealing.

The observation was simple: no one was reading these infographics. The data was there, rigorous and relevant, but the format was not appealing. The attention during the internal presentations was low, the impact below what it should have been.
Before Design Elite, the teams had already tested freelancers and agencies, without ever applying a graphic charter adapted to these specific formats. The meeting took place at a trade show. Our model intrigued, a first test infographic was submitted - and since then, the collaboration has not stopped.

Our intervention: co-creating impactful infographics, even starting from scratch
We produced a dozen infographics for the FDJ teams, each built around a different visual universe, in direct connection with the subject at hand. The real challenge: to receive raw data - figures, statistics, study results - and to transform it into something readable, attractive and understandable at a glance.

But what really illustrates the strength of this collaboration is our ability to move forward even without having all the data. In November-December 2025, we worked on infographics to be released in February 2025 - focusing on 2026 figures that were not yet all available. Starting from an almost blank sheet of paper, co-creating with the teams, finding a graphic structure that works visually even without the final figures: it is this flexibility and creativity that FDJ particularly appreciates.
For each infographic, we adapt the visual universe to the content. Knowing how to make this distinction quickly is precisely what has maintained the relationship for several months.

These infographics quickly went beyond the scope of internal communication. Several have been converted into kakemonos and bookmarks for internal events and seminars. Others have been adapted in A4 format for print. What was a medium that no one read has become a valued, expected, and sometimes exposed communication tool.

Collaboration is still active. What FDJ appreciates: the simplicity of the process, the quick understanding of the data transmitted, and above all our ability to build something strong even starting from scratch. That's exactly what Design Elite can do.
