The challenge: create a “wow” effect in record time for a decisive meeting
Dubai RACE is an entertainment series of international scope, imagined as an unmissable event where emblematic figures of influence, sport and pop culture meet in Dubai to compete in grandiose, scripted and immersive challenges.
The concept aims to make Dubai shine as world capital of entertainment and cultural innovation, through a viral content strategy, iconic locations, and distribution designed for young global audiences. On the eve of a strategic pitch with a private fund linked to the family of the Sheikh of Dubai, the team is contacting us urgently.
The appointment is scheduled for the following morning. They need a exceptional deck, capable of immediately impressing decision makers.
Accustomed to working with them, we accepted the challenge after consulting with our team. Objective: to deliver a complete presentation in less than 24 hours.

From 4 pm, we are in battle order. In one night, we deliver:
- One custom logo
- One Cover Type Netflix, in photo montage, to pose the universe from the first slide
- One presentation of more than 50 pages, containing over 100 designed slides
- Of complex backgrounds on Figma, with a multitude of layers and details
- Of custom mockups and visuals, branded for the project with a coherent and impactful AD
This work mobilized our teams in rotation, all night long, in an exceptional effort. It's rare, but for our best customers, we know how to get out of our frame and deliver the impossible — with supplement of course 😉.

The deck was delivered on time, the customer was impressed, the investors won over. And while we can't say everything about what's next, since then, The Dubai RACE concept has been applied in other countries in the Gulf and the Middle East, proof of its global potential and of the impact of the presentation made.
Our work laid the visual foundations of a powerful universe, capable of attracting both institutions and audiences.
This project testifies to our ability to deliver excellence under pressure, to understand the codes of premium entertainment, and to support ambitious projects in their most critical phases.
