The challenge: get creative e-commerce off the ground with few resources
Dizign is an e-commerce site specialized in sales illustrated posters of top athletes. Designed as a lifestyle brand for sports and graphic art enthusiasts, the project is based on a clear promise: to offer original works to be displayed at home, in the image of its sports idols. Between decorative object and graphic tribute, Dizign posters aim at a young, urban, connected target.
But like many solo e-retailers, the founder of Dizign faced a well-known reality: difficult to do everything alone. Between product sourcing, Shopify development, content creation, content creation, advertising campaigns, and branding needs, there was a lack of time — and perspective. He needed a design partner capable of producing quickly, to test different creative angles, and to support growth without adding complexity.
Before Design Elite, ads and social media visuals were created in-house, but irregularly. This limited the impact of ad campaigns and the organic reach on Instagram. In addition, the need to structure a professional pitch deck to present the project to investors had become a priority.
It is in this context that Dizign called on Design Elite: to gain visual efficiency, test more creative ideas, and structure its 360° brand communication.

Our intervention: successful creatives and a strengthened brand image
Our support for Dizign was structured around three main components: Production of creative ads, the creation of social media content, and the Realization of a complete pitch deck intended for the search for investors. At each stage, we have followed and developed the artistic direction set by the founder, while providing new proposals to optimize performances.
On the acquisition side, we carried out lots of creative ads for Facebook Ads, designed to quickly capture attention and generate qualified traffic to the Shopify store. Each visual was available in several formats (stories, carousels, static) in order to test different angles — emotion, collection, storytelling, promotion — while remaining faithful to the brand identity.
At the same time, we have regularly produced Social media posts, in order to animate the community, to present new products, and to tell the story of the brand. The objective: to create a lasting link with the target, beyond immediate conversion.
Finally, we designed a professional pitch deck allowing the Dizign project to be presented in a clear, attractive and credible way in front of partners or investors. This document allowed the founder to take a new step in structuring his business.

By relying on Design Elite, Dizign was able to structure and accelerate its digital acquisition strategy. Thanks to relevant and well-targeted advertising creatives, the brand has considerably Lowered its cost per purchase on Facebook Ads. The visuals designed made it possible to better promote the posters, to capture a more engaged audience, and to generate more qualified traffic on the Shopify store.
At the same time, the regularity of Social media posts made it possible to create a real connection with the community. Publications promoting athletes, behind the scenes of the brand or customer testimonies have strengthened the attachment to the Dizign universe. The result: sustainable organic growth, supported by a coherent and inspiring image.

The Pitch Deck that we designed also played a structuring role. Presented at business meetings and to potential partners, it allowed the founder to tell his story with clarity and ambition. This visual tool has become a real support for commercial and strategic development.
The collaboration with Design Elite lasted 8 months, during which the founder was able to take full advantage of our method: a frictionless subscription-based design, fast execution, and an ability to adapt to his current needs. This flexibility allowed Dizign to scale at its own pace, according to its peaks of activity and the challenges of the moment.
Our work has been a visual accelerator for an e-commerce brand that had all the cards in hand but lacked the arms to execute. A perfect demonstration of the value that a well-thought-out, well-produced, and well-managed design brings.
