The challenge: supporting a large-scale marketing machine, without slowing down
Cash Converters is a brand well known to the general public. Present everywhere in France, it embodies a form of modern circular economy by giving a second life to thousands of products. Specializing in the purchase and sale of refurbished second-hand products, the brand is aimed at a wide audience looking for reliable and responsible bargains.
With a national presence and dozens of points of sale, Cash Converters regularly carries out internal and external marketing campaigns, whether for commercial operations, corporate communication, or the recruitment of franchisees. The volume of visual production required is therefore substantial.
Before using Design Elite, the marketing team was facing a structural challenge: find a designer who can keep up with the times. Internal teams were saturated, and freelancers lacked continuity or brand awareness. The result: delays in deliverables, non-compliant materials, or missed marketing opportunities.
The need was clear: a reliable and fast team, capable of handling any type of medium — from store flyers to strategic decks — while strictly respecting the brand's artistic direction. Cash Converters needed a partner that integrated into their daily lives without friction.

Our intervention: industrialize creative production with rigor and fidelity
Since the beginning of our collaboration with Cash Converters, our role has been to become a outsourced design center entirely dedicated to the marketing team. Every week, we receive multiple requests through our platform: print media for points of sale, newsletter visuals, presentation slides, strategic reporting, franchise content... everything goes.
Our first mission was to fully appropriate the artistic direction of the brand. Logos, colors, fonts, photo styles, visual language: everything has been documented and integrated into our processes to guarantee perfect fidelity. This allows us to create each visual in the right tone, without ever distorting the graphic universe of Cash Converters.
Thanks to our capacity for rapid production and multi-media deployment, we have eliminated bottlenecks: now, campaigns can be launched more quickly, materials are ready on time, and consistency is ensured across all channels.
We also contributed to strengthening the brand image with respect to franchise partners, by designing professional, homogeneous documents that were in line with the expectations of the head office. This visual consistency contributes directly to the credibility of the network.

By working with Design Elite, Cash Converters solved a critical problem: the saturation of its graphic production chain. Thanks to our subscription-based design model, the marketing team now has continuous access to a responsive and aligned team, capable of producing all the supports necessary for the life of the brand.
We process every month dozens of requests, ranging from Print in store (flyers, POS, posters) at digital supports (newsletters, animated visuals, web elements), including strategic documents such as presentations for franchisees or investors. Each deliverable is produced in absolute compliance with the charter, and with particular attention paid to readability and visual efficiency.
