Burger King: tailor-made weekly creations for an ambitious franchisee in the middle of the new school year

The challenge: keep up with an iconic brand, week after week, with the charter in mind
Burger King. The brand does not need a presentation. What is less well known is that behind the major national campaigns orchestrated by the head office, each franchisee is responsible for their own local communication. Flyers, social media visuals, promotional events... each restaurant manages with its brand book, its assets provided by the brand, and its own resources.
For this franchisee, the context was tense: the start of the school year was approaching, the campaigns were coming one after the other, and he did not have an in-house design team. The difficulty was twofold: to strictly respect the group's requirements at the national level, while maintaining the creativity and energy that are the strength of the brand. Burger King is a committed, quirky brand, recognized for its visual audacity. It wasn't just about producing fast - it was about producing just.

Our intervention: weekly creations adapted to offers, in line with the group's codes
We took care of the franchisee's graphic production on a weekly basis: each week, new visuals adapted to current offers - promotions, back-to-school highlights, social media account animations. A sustained pace, which required constant adaptability according to current national campaigns.
Our strength on this project: mastering the Burger King brand book to deliver designs that meet the group's requirements, while injecting this creative and quirky touch that corresponds to the brand's DNA. Two apparently opposing constraints - a strict corporate framework and assertive creativity - reconciled in each delivery.

The collaboration took place over the duration of the transition period. Once the work-study program was operational and daily needs were covered internally, the volume no longer justified an active subscription. And that's exactly what our model is designed to do: to be there when needed, without unnecessary commitments.
What the franchisee particularly appreciated: the daily availability of a team that delivered designs that were much more professional than what he could obtain alone, with real mastery of Burger King branding, weekly adaptability to offers, and an ability to manage both the constraints of the group and the creative energy of the brand.
