The challenge: create an effective conversion mechanism for a product under test
Aides Françaises is an online tool designed to help citizens better understand the social, financial and administrative benefits they are eligible for.
The principle is simple: many French people do not know what assistance they are entitled to. This free service helps them to take stock quickly, and to more easily access devices that are often unknown.
At the time we were asked, the Aides Françaises team was in the product exploration phase. The site had just been launched, the acquisition campaigns were starting, but nothing was fixed yet. The product was still being tested, marketing hypotheses were numerous, and the top priority was to quickly generate a Volume of qualified leads, in order to validate the concept.
They had already tried to work with freelancers and studios, but they were still facing the same problem: too long deadlines, little flexibility, and a limited ability to mass produce. However, to test acquisition funnels effectively, you need to be able to launch quickly, measure, adjust — and relaunch immediately.
So the need was clear: a fast, agile and creative design team, capable of developing a large volume of media in a simple, conversion-oriented artistic direction, while ensuring visual consistency across all product assets.

Our intervention: volume, consistency and performance at the heart of the system
To meet the objectives of Aides Françaises, we have structured a collaboration around three main areas: creation of the artistic direction, intensive production of creative ads, and conversion funnel design. The objective: to generate a maximum of advertising tests and optimized routes in record time.
We started by laying the graphic foundations: typographical choices, color palette, icon system and visual guidelines. All designed to speak to the mass market, with an accessible, clear, reassuring design, without unnecessary sophistication. This simple but solid artistic direction then allowed us to develop dozens of formats without ever losing coherence.
In a few weeks, we produced Over 50 creative ads testing various angles: emergency, pedagogy, opportunity, opportunity, injustice, support... Each creation was designed for A/B testing, with variants in video, carousel, static, static, mobile or desktop formats.

At the same time, we designed Funnel pages optimized for conversion. Forms, intermediate pages, ultra-focused landing pages... everything has been worked on to maximize the conversion rate. Our agility in production and our understanding of growth challenges allowed Aides Françaises to generate initial results very quickly.

By collaborating with Design Elite, Aides Françaises was able to reach a strategic milestone in the development of its product. Thanks to a ultra-responsive production design, the customer was able to generate its first significant results in just a few weeks, by testing dozens of marketing angles and user journeys on the fly.
Our deliverables covered the entire scope: over 50 digital ads, all designed for conversion, a simple and coherent artistic direction, of optimized landing pages, and a variety of Customized funnel steps. Each iteration was validated quickly, allowing the tests to be carried out again and the best combinations to be identified.
This device allowed the customer to Find your product-market fit, to structure its acquisition campaigns, and to improve the site's performance at each cycle. Today, Aides Françaises has a structured visual system, a clear brand image, and a working conversion tunnel.
But this is only the beginning: the team is now entrusting us with the creation of visual supports for new business units, derived from the same model. Each entity benefits from the same graphic rigor and the same responsiveness, which makes it possible to quickly duplicate best practices and capitalize on learning.
