The challenge: urgently produce all the assets of a webinar when you are a demanding agency yourself
Agence Short is the leading vertical video agency in France. More than 400 companies supported, videos designed for performance - advertising, organic, conversion. When Agence Short produces for its customers, the standards are high. Inevitably, when Agence Short needs design for its own needs, so are the standards

The situation is simple and urgent: Mathis Febre, founder of the agency, is preparing a webinar. An important event, which requires three things simultaneously - a presentation of nearly 200 slides to be completely redesigned, a scalable template for upcoming webinars, and fifty creative ads to promote the event and maximize registrations. All in an emergency.
He had already tested freelancers, searched through his network - without ever finding the right balance between quality, speed and reliability. He knows us through joint relationships - and Design Elite was also a customer with him. Trust was built naturally.

Our intervention: 50 creative ads, a deck of 198 slides redesigned, and a template ready to duplicate
We produced the three deliverables in parallel, within the deadlines imposed by the webinar.
First, creative ads - around fifty visuals designed to generate a maximum number of participants on digital channels. Formats adapted to social networks, with different angles to test what catches the eye.

Then the deck: Mathis sent us his slides with all his texts already placed, his graphic charter and his design intentions. Our role: to take everything back visually, to make each slide clean, legible, impacting - without touching the bottom. 198 redesigned slides. Precision work, delivered on time.
Finally, the scalable template: a Google Slides mask that Mattis can duplicate and fill out himself for each next webinar, without depending on an agency for content updates. The aim was to give him autonomy - not addiction.

A fact that summarizes the collaboration: at the start, Mathis was not necessarily comfortable with the way we worked. Our processes, the way we collected the brief, our pace - everything was different from what he knew. We accompanied him, we explained to him exactly what we needed. He played the game. And since then, he has known exactly what to give us so that we can deliver quickly and well.

The webinar has taken place. Creative ads fulfilled their role - as many participants as possible were able to join the event. The redesigned presentation was used as is, and the template is now in the hands of Mathis for all subsequent webinars.
