Agence 123 is a B2B communication and marketing agency. Like many agencies that are growing, they are faced with a classic paradox: the more customers they have, the less time and resources they have to produce in-house. The team is saturated. Production for their own needs comes after that of their customers. The internal design - kakemonos, lounge supports, creative ads - is permanently behind schedule.
It was during a trade show in 2025 that the meeting took place. Our model immediately resonated: a continuous, flexible production capacity, without the constraints of recruitment or freelance subcontracting that is difficult to coordinate. The collaboration started - and despite a period of interruption, the customer came back, proof that the need was real and our response was adapted.

Our intervention: from daily creation to emergency printing for a living room on D-0
Our scope at Agence 123 covered a broad spectrum: creative ads, webdesign, and especially significant print production for a trade show in which they participated. Kakemonos in various formats, different margins, different sizes - with changes requested until the last hours before the opening of the show.
This type of situation - maximum pressure, zero delay, zero right to error - is exactly where Design Elite shows its value. We delivered the final visuals on time, in accordance with printing requirements, ready to be installed on the first day of the show.
Throughout the collaboration, we worked with various stakeholders within the agency, following the evolution of their internal organization. This flexibility has proved invaluable in maintaining the continuity of production despite changes on the customer side.
